I've been shocked over the last few days at how well my skin is repsonding to swimming, and how quickly I've started to feel chizzled, and more energetic, it's something that I suppose I took for granted when I had a pool "at arms length" but after just a few swimming sessions, I've regained energy, clarity of thought and mind.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And, if you have access to a public pool, the lint out of the filter can be quite a chore, if you don't know this secret!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As opposed to trying to dig your fingers down into the lint filter to remove the lint, -- simply -- remove the filter from the dryer place upside-down over a trash can and knock the edge of the lint filter on the edge of the trash can and the -- whole -- "sheet" of lint will drop into the trash.
